At Benoohia, we strive to ensure your complete satisfaction with our custom-designed hats. Due to the personalized nature of our products, please review this policy carefully before placing an order.
1. Returns & Exchanges
Customized Products:
All logo-embellished hats are made-to-order, meaning they are uniquely crafted to your specifications. As such, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item arrives damaged, defective, or significantly differs from the approved design proof.
Non-Custom Items:
If you purchase a non-customized product (e.g., standard hats without logos), you may return it within 30 days of delivery, provided it is unused, in its original packaging, and with tags attached.
2. Eligibility for Refunds
Refunds or replacements are granted under the following circumstances:
- Damaged/Defective Items: If your order arrives with manufacturing defects (e.g., printing errors, stitching flaws) or physical damage, contact us within 7 days of delivery.
- Design Discrepancies: If the final product does not match the approved design proof, notify us immediately.
- Shipping Errors: If you receive an incorrect item due to our error.
Note: We cannot issue refunds for:
- Changes to your design after approval.
- Incorrect sizing or color choices provided by the customer.
- Minor variations in color/design due to screen resolutions or material textures.
3. Return Process
Step 1: Contact our Support Team at [hi@benoohia.com] within 7 days of delivery. Include:
- Order number
- Photos/video of the issue
- A detailed description
Step 2: If eligible, we will provide a Return Authorization (RA) number and instructions. Returns without an RA number will not be accepted.
Step 3: Ship the item to our facility. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the error is ours.
4. Refund Processing
- Approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
5. Cancellations & Modifications
- Orders can be canceled or modified within 24 hours of placement. After this window, production begins, and cancellations are not possible.
6. Exceptions
- Final sale items (e.g., clearance or promotional products) are non-refundable.
